they say they you have untill 9pm if you leave your card on file and the codes stop working 10- 15 mins prior to 9pm this forced me to leave my stuff in a uhaul on the street over nite becouse i planed for 9 and the people i hired for that day i had to pay for an addtional day. this is false advertising that cost me money out of pocket in truck and labor cost. making my move that much more annoying and stressfull

I would say this was the best experience I’ve ever had. It was fast I came in lady introduced herself gave me a tour showed the unit and paper work was less the a 10 mins processes. I definitely would recommend this storage to anyone that’s looking for one.

Spacious storage selections in a well kept environment. Temperature control of the facility is kept at a reasonable setting for what ever a person may have in storage. Each area seem to be very well lighted for anyone to see the condition of their items stored. The staff is very helpful when it comes to your concerns and very clear on explaining the prices and size of what ever unit a person may be looking for.

Beautiful facility, the only issue was I paid for a year in advance and I received an e-mail saying that my rental will be increased 4 months in. Needless to say, customer service was contacted. Customers who take their hard-earned money to pay in advance shouldn't have to worry about an increase, especially before their time.

When I initially signed up for storage the location was pretty cleaned and organized. I started out with a deal of one month free. Within 6 months the storage fee was increased by $20. I feel as though this is a high increase within a short amount of time. We are still in the mist of a pandemic and to raise cost so quickly was unfair. Due to this I will be looking for another company to store my items.

I had a problem with mice droppings I complained a couple time the last time the mice actually damaged my clothing handbags and shoes I spoke to the employees about what was happening the customer service was awful no one took the time to check my storage unit they just weren't interested

Staff is friendly, place is clean but raising the price for no reason does not make any sense to me; I was told it's in the contract..somewhere! The low price was the reason I came there in the first place...I could have gone to another storage place that is closer to my home.b Very upsetting!

This facility spent the first five months of my contract hiding bills and statement charges and then fined me over $500 saying that I was late. By the way, the monthly rent is around $20, so thats a ridiculous overcharge! Also, despite not having any food items in my storage, there are rats crawling all over the facility. Rat poop is everywhere and my items have holes in them.

The facility definitely tries to maintain cleanliness but the mouse droppings all over my unit is a turn off. I’m afraid to even go deeper. I store Xmas items and seasonal items, no food but am paying for the cost for other’s stupidity and inconsideration. The staff is friendly and responsive.

Ever since the pandemic started there have been an influx of random charges to my account (aside from necessary charges). Last Thursday I called to speak about the status of my bill which just hit the 2 month mark of being overdue thst day. At which point the notice in my email reflected $300 when I called (not even 24 hours later) and my account was $350. When I paid my bill that Monday evening it jumped again to $370. I haven’t called to speak to someone about this yet, but I do intend to do so. In addition to the random charges, the employees that answer the phone at this location are rude and dismissive. I no longer live in the state so I am unable to access this facility to immediately remove my things but I am not satisfied with these charges at all. Especially since I’ve been a tenant for well over a year. Unacceptable

Upon first opening the storage was great. Over the years there has been a severe rodent issue. All of my items were covered with rodent feces and urine. Due to my schedule I have not acquired time to take pictures of the damages. I am currently hoping that the original condition can be restored. My storage currently consist of car parts, paper work, two bicycles and a table.

Just 3 months after renting a locker at this Facility my rate was increased, after I had been asured that it would'nt be for about a year. When I tried to speak to Management I got this very rude and unprofessional female Manager on the phone who told me "..if you don't like it, get out !! " ..so that's what I did. ( By the way, she refused to give me her name but said she was the Manager ).

Rats damaged a majority of my items and there was nothing done about it even with pictures sent in to their recovery department. It’s the closest storage to me so I have to use them otherwise I wouldn’t. Customer service does not exist here!

Constant price changes without a 30 day notice. The place stinks and is generally nasty and unclean. Not properly ventilated. Signs of rodents and the bathroom is extremely disgusting. People at the front desk are generally nice, friendly and accommodating. They hire good people but can’t retain them for since reason.

The facility looks new and overall well taken care of, but the locker I was rented was kind of dusty. They will also call you everyday after you make a reservation, so prepare yourself for that.

This is a perfect storage space with really competitive rates (be sure to go through spare foot though to lock them in). Customer service was helpful and easy and I was moving in quick from my arrival time. The only surprise was that I had to pay the first 3 months upfront to lock in the spare foot rate but I attribute that more to the spare foot agent not clarifying that the storage company. The space has everything you could want in a storage I only deducted 1/2 star for its location.
